Material first

Coconut husk, pressed into architecture

Every panel begins as discarded coconut husk. Our patented process cleans, aligns and heat-presses the fibre into a dense, dimensionally stable sheet — no virgin timber, no added formaldehyde. What you see on the surface is the raw material itself, so each panel carries its own grain and speckle.

Panel sizes

Performance

Four properties in a single sheet

Fire resistant

Currently being tested by independent labs; our in-house testing shows excellent fire resistance. To be updated shortly.

Water resistant

Closed-cell husk structure resists swelling and mould, making it suitable for interior wet areas.

Sound enhancing

Open fibre matrix absorbs mid and high frequencies, softening reverberation in hard-surfaced rooms.

100% precycled

Made entirely from coconut husk waste — no virgin timber, no formaldehyde binders.
